Stag Party
Vincent Wong and Elizabeth (Lizzie) Chan are getting married on the 13th of September. But before the wedding day approaches, each of them are going to hold their own respective stag and hen party a.k.a. bachelor party and bridal shower.
Vincent had his stag party yesterday. As everyone knows, I hope, stag party are meant for the guys and hen party for the girls. But Vincent did it a little bit differently from the norm. He had both guys and girls over at his place for BBQ and sumo wrestling and then only for a real stag party at night. And it was held yesterday. Of course, I was only there for the afternoon stag party - if some of you were wondering.
BBQ
BBQ

It was a bright and sunny day, perfect for BBQs.

Sumo Wrestling Suits...
And after much persuasion from a few people, I decided to give it a go...

I didn't want to initially coz..... I'll keep the reason to myself

Wearing the suit...
My competitor - Lizzie
Start....

It wasn't as easy as it looked. The suit was heavy and you get tired very easily especially for someone petite like me.

Round 1: Defeated....

Exhausted. I look so funny and ridiculous in it. Haha.....

I tried again with all my strength.

And finally... I succeeded. Just that no pictures were taken of it.
Vincent took the advantage to bully his soon-to-be wife in sumo wrestling.

But in the end... the pictures did the talking
Some funny pose that Sim Lan, Robert and Carl did.

Tango

Er.... flying chest hit?

Jumping Jacks

Flying crash. WWF Wrestling match

Breakdancing...

Sexy sumo pose..
Next was the wii.
First played Tennis then boxing.

It was really tough trying to win against an opponent like
Yee...
Btw... I lost. lol
I woke up today, the upper part of my body aching. Even it hurts to laugh -_-

Some of the guys...

Most of the girls...

The groom (middle)

The bride
Coming Saturday.... Lizzie's turn for her bridal shower.

21st Birthday
Twenty-One years ago, a very cute, chubby, and beautiful baby was born.
And twenty-one years later, she is celebrating her 21st birthday with friends that she had made during her lifetime on earth.
Her first celebration was in Casa Mia, an Italian Restaurant located in Leeds City Centre on the 8th of June 2008.
The company that night was amiable and pleasant.
CK Kai Ting Edward

CG Tze Thon Lionel
On the other hand, the food wasn't as pleasant as the company was. Most of them had difficulty finishing their respective dishes.
The typical steak and chips Pasta with mushroom Some chicken dish.....
Carbonara
Seafood
Meatball Er..no idea what this is
Dessert~~~~
2 layers of chocolate cake... Creme Brulee

Chocolate Cake.... Tiramisu.....
Thank you for those who came and celebrated my brithday with me, and thank you very much for the presents as well. I love every single one of it. Thank you

Her second birthday celebration was held at Mio Modo, also an Italian Restaurant in Leeds City Center on the 12th of June.
Sadly, only a few pictures were taken that night.
This was one of it.
PS. More pictures to come once I get it from my friends. =D

Thank you for the presents
And to those who came that night.

(We didn't take a group picture that night. Sigh.... so I had to cut and paste.
Sorry for making it look weird. Haha.....)The third celebration finally took place back in Malaysia. It was one of the most significant birhtday celebrations among all. The birthday girl celebrated her 3rd birthday celebration with her family. Without them, she wouldn't be here celebrating her 21st birthday. It took place in Sushi King, a Japanese Restaurant in Sunway Pyramid, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.Oohh yea, it was my birthday celebration cum father's day celebration as well
The best present of my lifetime. It is more expensive than stones and diamonds, more precious than gold and silver. My 21st year old key.

Thank you very very much daddy.
It's the first present he handmade himself for me and probably the only present that he will.
I love you dad.And everyone of my family members. Love you to bits....
The fourth celebration took place in Wong Kok, a chinese restaurant in Leisure Mall, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Oh, before Wong Kok, we went to eat Asam Laksa at Giant in Tama Connaught. It was really really delicious and yummy. I'm gonna go eat there one or two more times before going back to Leeds.Tracy, me and Manday.
Tracy, mua, and Stacy.
Thank you for celebrating my birthday for me and thank you for the present. It was really sweet of you guys girls. Thank you sooo much.
The fifth and not suppose to be the final celebration took place in Chong Huat steamboat shop in Taman Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and then proceeded to my house for cake cutting session.

Thanks you all. I had fun that night. Thank you
Overall it had been a fun time celebrating my 21st birhtday, although there were suppose to be a 6th one, the one I want more than the 5th, the one I look forward to more but I'm thankful to be able to celebrate my 21st birthday with my family and all my friends. Thank you all, I really appreciate it loads.

Leicester..

I went to Leicester last weekend - where Christina is from - to "visit" her and stay over at her place. I had a really fun and nice time there. It was great to be able to hang out with her 24/7 for 2 days without James there. Haha... Getting Christina all to myself.... sweet....
She brought me to two places near Leicester, an animal farm and a fruit farm.
Animal Farm

The entrance....
Ducks and ducklings...

with this particular duck that caught our attention. It was so cute. Look at the afro hair it has. Hehehe...... Really really cute n funny....

Got to stroke a donkey...

Saw a sheep at a very close distance...

Saw real llamas looking quite stern...

Saw different kinds of goats....
And fed them grass... The goat on the left was really greedy.. and naughty...

This owl had eggs beneath her... See it?? I tried several times to take it but failed. This it the closest one I could manage.

Another owl....

Cows by the road side.
And you know what?? Pigs really snore like a human being. LOL!!!! Christina and I were quite surprised to hear the pigs snore and couldn't stop laughing. Hahaha..... I tried to record their snoring, but they stopped. Sigh... too bad.
The farm wasn't what I really expected. I was expecting to see cows being milked.. and feed them. I wanted to see more of a farm life... not a farm for people to visit - almost like a zoo. Oh well, at least I still got to see a bit of it...
Then we went to the Fruit Farm on Sunday. People could pick the fruits and buy it... except... most of the fruits were not out yet and the strawberries were not ripe yet.

Rows of strawberry plants.

Unripe strawberries. We found some ripe strawberries... and erm... took 4 of it secretly. Ops.... I know, I'm not suppose to do that.... but..... I'm still guilty. At least I bought a 3.50 bacon sandwich there. So expensive... makes up for the strawberry right... hehehe.....

Raspberry. Couldn't even find one of the fruit.

Blackcurrant.

Saw nettles for the first time in my life. It's thorns are a little poisonous. It creates red spots/rash if you get stung.

And this leave is the potion for it. It grows near nettles. A little ironic, don't you think so??

Er... I don't really know what fruit this is.

But it looks like this..
It has been fun staying at Christina's. We watched movies when we were home. I made cheesecake, which was a little bit too sweet. It has really really been enjoyable. I can't wait to go again next year.. =D

Betty's
Holidays can be good and I love holidays. But sometimes, it's just too boring. I'm trying to fill up my time just so I won't face the computer 24/7.

I went to Betty's in Harrogate today with Lizzie, Lynda and Yvonne. It's a well known cafe for English tea, scones/bread and chocolate.
There was a long queue and we had to wait for sometime before being ushered to a table.

We decided on what to order before hand so that we could order straight away when we sat down.

And most of them are not cheap!!!
While waiting for the food to arrive....
Like a typical tourist......

We took pictures of almost everything.... (Lizzie and I)

(Yvonne and Lynda)
Yvonne, Lynda and I shared 2 dishes among us as we wanted to try different kinds of food and we wanted to leave some space for dessert as well.

Swill Alpine Macaroni... (The only dish I really love.... )

Haddock and Prawn Gratin....
Lizzie had a soup of the day.. Tomato and T... (something) soup.

For dessert.... Lizzie had cheesecake...

And it was yummy....
Yvonne and I had English tea and scones.

- Aaahhh..... the proper English tea... and it was not bad too... -
It was so cute... It seems like proper English tea. (England is very famous for tea. One of the most famous sentence among Britains are 'Would you like a cupa tea?')

The bill... So expensive.... and I only enjoyed the pasta dish....
But I guess it's a good experience. That's why I just had to take photos of it all.... 10 pounds okay...
We walked around Harrogate for a while before heading home.... to give James and Christina a surprise farewell - which was really hard to planned as they were going out most of the time.. But at least it still went well in the end.
I'm really going to miss them.....
Wishing both of you 'All the Best'.
It has been a great pleasure staying with you guys.
I'm seriously going to miss both of you.
Thanks for taking care of me this year,
And being a good sister to me.
God bless you whenever you go.
That's all for now...
More things to blog later... if I become more hardworking...
